Terms
Last updated 5 October 2026
These are the rules for using Gigly, run by Lemar Tokham. By signing in you agree to them, and to how we handle your data in our Privacy page.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13.
- One account per person, in your own name. Don’t pretend to be someone else.
- You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
Stubs and what you post
Gigly has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Don’t post:
- Nudity or sexual content.
- Violence, threats, or anything that harasses, bullies or demeans anyone.
- Hate based on who someone is.
- Anything illegal, or that you don’t have the right to share.
- Spam, or stubs that weren’t taken at the gig.
Stubs are photos of a room full of people. Be considerate: if someone asks not to be in yours, leave them out or delete it.
Anyone can report a stub or a person, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours, and remove content and accounts that break these rules, without warning if we need to.
Your photos stay yours
You own your stubs. Posting one lets us store it and show it to the people you chose (your friends, or your friends and the gig’s wall, which anyone can see). Delete a stub and we stop showing it.
Hype fairly
The chart only means something if it’s real. No fake or extra accounts, and nothing automated to hype or to sign up. We may remove hypes and accounts that game it.
Listings
Gig details come from venues, ticket sites and people like you. We try to keep them right, but times, prices and line-ups change: check with the venue before you go.
Leaving
You can delete your account any time, from the You tab in the app or your page on the website. We may close accounts that break these rules.
The legal bits
Gigly is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We’re not responsible for losses that come from using it, except where the law says we can’t limit that, such as for death or injury caused by negligence. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app before it takes effect. Questions: gigly.help@gmail.com.
